Welcome to the studio. I hope that I can help you with your work, and that it leads to your satisfaction as a person and as a designer.

We all have our own goals, though we may not be able to see them or admit them to ourselves. Your first task is to recognize what you want from your thesis, and by extension your work. No motivation is invalid, be it fame, money, self-expression, connection, or simply to help others. In fact you may have multiple motivations, all of which may compete or align. All this is fine.

What we hope for is to simply say, "This is what I want to do. . ."

Your first assignment will be to complete this statement.

After this, everything is easy.
