This exhibition and environmental graphic project was part of the MoMA PS1 Young Architects program, which awarded a summer pavilion to take place in the courtyard of PS1 in Queens. The courtyard was used for summer concert programming with an emphasis on dance music and electronica. It was really fun.

Our work supported the project's intent to collect a number of park like elements for the exhibition (trees, furniture, play equipment) then distribute them after the exhibition closed.
In this way the typical cycles of waste often seen in exhibitors could be broken, giving back components of the exhibition could be given back to the community.

Every element in the exhibition received a tag that indicated the item's future use and owner.

The redistribution plan was shown in graphic signage throughout the exhibition so visitors could anticipate and track the different elements as they joined the community.
